Our purpose for launching The Emmanuel Connection was to build the capacity of small groups to have a big social impact by leveraging existing resources and expertise. We believe that resident-led grassroots strategies best serve communities of color. For this reason, we seek to support indigenous community-development efforts that will transform communities and the quality of life of their residents.
